I want to start off by giving you a big welcome to my new website! I am so happy you decided to check it out. 

I have huge plans for this site and although there is still some work to be done, I feel it has reached the point that people can start visiting the site and experiencing all it has to offer.

My hope is to make this site much more valuable to users then your standard ‘Realtor Website’.  For those who don’t know, the ‘standard sites’ work like this... there’s typically a bunch of generic information you may not want or need and a home search link. Don’t worry I am not going to remove my search link - I get it!  Searching is one of the main reasons you go to a real estate site. My hope instead is to add additional useful information and tools that can assist you in your real estate needs.

One of the first projects I am working on is my ‘Communities of Sherwood Park’ page. Lets face it - location matters. We’ve all heard the “location, location, location” slogan again and again. So, let’s say you are online and find a home for sale in Sherwood Park that you like. Great! But what if you don’t know much about Sherwood Park and you know nothing about the neighborhood the home is in? Wouldn't it be nice if there was a neighborhood webpage you could go to and get information on things like school zones, parks, maps, recreational activities, average selling prices, and more? Or, lets look at it the other way; maybe you are out for a drive and you find a neighborhood in Sherwood park you just love! Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a web page where you could find all the homes currently for sale in that neighborhood? Well that is the point of my ‘Communities of Sherwood Park’ page. A webpage where you can get all the information you want about a neighborhood in Sherwood Park. It will take some time to get all the neighborhoods up but I already have two ready to go! Clarkdale Meadows and Heritage Hills are complete, and I’ve been hard at work on others and hope to post roughly one a week. Oh, and I will get to Edmonton eventually as well. I just decided Sherwood Park being smaller was a better starting point. 

The ‘Communities of Sherwood Park’ page is one of my big ideas for the website but I do have some more I will be announcing once I am a little closer to making them a reality. 

In the meantime, if there is something missing that you think could be of value on the site, let me know!  I am open to suggestions and truly want to make this the ‘go-to’ site for all your Edmonton area real estate needs.
